Substrate Preparation
Inspect and clean concrete substrate, grind irregularities and chamfer all internal corners (min 40x40 mm) with Teknorep 300 Ex.

Joint Sealing & Chamfering
Embed elastic waterproofing tape (Teknomer Pah Bandı) over all cold joints and pipe penetrations using Teknomer 200 Ex as bedding adhesive.

2K Flexible Waterproofing
Apply 2 successive cross-coats of Teknomer 200 Ex at 3.5 kg/m² total consumption, embedding alkali-resistant fiberglass mesh into the first wet coat.

Pool Tile Installation
Install ceramic or glass mosaics with C2TE S2 high flexibility polymer-modified adhesive Teknofay Super Ex 2K.

Chemical & Chlorine Resistant Grouting
Grout joint lines with 100% solids, stain and chemical resistant Teknobond 700 Epoxy Grout or polymer-fortified Teknoderz Ex Pool.
