Shot Blasting / Diamond Grinding

Mechanically profile the concrete slab to CSP 3-4 standard, opening concrete pores and removing all laitance followed by industrial vacuuming.

Solvent-Free Epoxy Priming

Apply Teknobond 300 100% solids epoxy primer at 0.35-0.50 kg/m²; broadcast oven-dried silica quartz sand into the fresh primer for mechanical keying.

Epoxy Scratch Coat / Leveling

Level surface imperfections with Teknobond 500 blended with fine silica sand to achieve a pinhole-free substrate.

Self-Levelling Body Coat

Pour Teknobond 500 self-leveling epoxy resin at 2.0-3.0 mm thickness, distributing with pin-rakes and thoroughly rolling with a spiked roller to release entrapped air.

Textured Topcoat (Optional)

For wet processing areas or high-traction ramps, roll Teknobond 600 Tix to create an orange-peel non-slip finish.
