Concrete Matrix Assessment & Repair
Chisel cracked or carbonated concrete down to sound core, treat rebar against corrosion and restore column geometries using structural R4 mortar Teknorep 400.

Column Corner Radiusing
Chamfer and round all sharp rectangular column corners to minimum 30 mm radius (r ≥ 30 mm) to prevent stress concentration and fabric rupture.

Structural Epoxy Primer & Saturant
Apply solvent-free structural laminating epoxy resin Teknobond 330 at 0.7-1.0 kg/m² to achieve full saturation into concrete substrate.

Carbon Fiber Wrapping & Alignment
Wrap unidirectional Teknowrap 300 (or Teknowrap UD 600) tightly around structural members; press continuously with ribbed rollers to eliminate all air voids.

Top Encapsulation & Quartz Keying
Apply a second coat of Teknobond 330 over the fabric to complete encapsulation; broadcast dry silica quartz sand while wet to ensure mechanical keying for fireproofing plaster.
