Drilling Hole to Specified Depth
Drill hole using rotary hammer drill to calculated diameter (rebar diameter + 4 mm) and engineering embedment depth.

Strict Hole Cleaning (4x Air / 4x Brush / 4x Air)
Clean hole thoroughly using compressed air and wire steel brushes in a 4x-4x-4x sequence to eliminate all drilling dust.

Chemical Resin Injection
Inject pure epoxy Teknobond 400 starting from the bottom of the borehole to 2/3 full, avoiding air entrapment.

Rebar / Stud Insertion with Twisting
Insert the clean deformed rebar or threaded rod into the hole with a slow twisting motion until fully seated.
05
Full Curing without Disturbance
Allow chemical resin to cure fully according to temperature chart before applying structural loads or torque.
