Wall Substrate Preparation & Priming
Clean exterior brick, block or concrete wall from dust; prime absorptive surfaces with Teknolatex 300.

Insulation Board Bonding
Apply polymer-fortified adhesive Teknofay around perimeter and in center points of EPS/rockwool boards and press firmly to facade.

Mechanical Anchoring (Doweling)
Install certified ETICS plastic facade anchors after 24 hours (minimum 6 anchors per m²).

Reinforced Basecoat & Mesh Embedding
Apply fiber-reinforced Teknorep 200 basecoat plaster at 3-4 mm thickness, fully embedding 160 g/m² alkali-resistant fiberglass mesh.

Breathable Decorative Mineral Finish
Apply textured mineral facade finish or silicone-enhanced exterior coating to provide aesthetic water repellency.
