Chisel leaking fissures and pressurized water gushes into a dovetail profile; plug instantly using rapid-setting hydraulic waterplug Teknoplug (sets in 60 seconds).

Substrate Opening & Water Saturation
Mechanically roughen concrete surfaces to open capillary pores; thoroughly saturate the concrete with clean water prior to chemical application.

Crystalline Slurry Application
Apply 2 coats of Teknomer 200 Kristalize at 2.0 kg/m² total consumption by brush; active chemicals migrate deep into the concrete matrix, growing non-soluble crystals in pores up to 0.4 mm.

Moisture Curing Cycle
Mist-spray treated surfaces with water twice daily for 48 hours to accelerate crystallization and maximum osmotic penetration depth.
