Teknobond 620 is a high-performance construction chemical manufactured in compliance with EN 1504-2 and official Poz Special Project Spec, engineered for Industrial Flooring & Wall Systems applications, supplied in 20 kg set or 25 kg set (Comp. A+B solvent-free epoxy coating) with an estimated consumption rate of 1.4 - 1.7 kg/m² (per 1 mm thickness; ~3.0-5.0 kg/m² for 2-3 mm system).

Teknobond 620 is a two-component, water-based, solvent-free epoxy floor coating formulated for hygienic, low-odor industrial and commercial flooring applications with high wear and chemical resistance.

06-09 — Substrate Preparation, Mixing & Application Guidelines

Substrate Preparation & Surface Priming

Substrate concrete moisture must be <4%. Shot-blast or diamond grind surface to CSP 3 profile, vacuum thoroughly and prime with epoxy primer.

Mixing Ratios & Equipment Instructions

Pre-mix component A, add component B at specified ratio and mix thoroughly with low-speed paddle for 3 minutes until completely uniform.

Application Methodology & Layer Thickness

Spread evenly over primed floor using notched squeegee or trowel. Roll immediately with spiked roller to release entrapped air and level surface.
09 — On-Site Safety, Equipment Cleaning & Precautions
Substrate temperature must be at least 3°C above dew point. Open to light foot traffic after 24 hours and full chemical/service load after 7 days.
