Substrate should be primed with an appropriate bonding agent prior to application.

Mixing Ratios & Equipment Instructions

Slowly add dry powder into clean water while mixing with a low-speed mechanical mixer (400-600 rpm) until a lump-free, homogenous consistency is achieved. Allow 3 minutes rest, then remix.
