Tekno Ayrac EX is a hydrophobic release agent and antiquing powder formulated to prevent stamping mats from adhering to fresh concrete while imparting rich two-tone decorative antique highlights.

06-09 — Substrate Preparation, Mixing & Application Guidelines

Substrate Preparation & Surface Priming

Substrate concrete moisture must be <4%. Shot-blast or diamond grind surface to CSP 3 profile, vacuum thoroughly and prime with epoxy primer.

Mixing Ratios & Equipment Instructions

Pre-mix component A, add component B at specified ratio and mix thoroughly with low-speed paddle for 3 minutes until completely uniform.

Application Methodology & Layer Thickness

Spread evenly over primed floor using notched squeegee or trowel. Roll immediately with spiked roller to release entrapped air and level surface.
09 — On-Site Safety, Equipment Cleaning & Precautions
Substrate temperature must be at least 3°C above dew point. Open to light foot traffic after 24 hours and full chemical/service load after 7 days.
